Premium Burlap by Fibeusion – Quality You Can Trust

I got these sacks to attempt “Santa sacks” for Christmas. I wasn’t sure the heat transfer vinyl would adhere so I used some old, not the best colors, vinyl to try. I’m happy to say it did work, albeit more patience was needed than with another type of fabric. I plan to also try to paint on the sacks, but haven’t gotten that far yet. The size is awesome, I plan to stuff them full. There’s so much room for a variety of gifts. Quality is mediocre but perfect for the intention. The fibers are kind of loosely woven versus taut. Again, good for cramming items in. These could be used in so many ways so very functional. Overall a good purchase and would recommend.
I like to bring unexpected gifts to my friends when we meet for brunches, and so I'm always looking for interesting wrapping for them. You know, something that won't be ripped open and thrown out by the waitstaff an hour later. Something that can be passed along, used again, and spark a memory of a beloved gift given. These burlap bags are the bomb! Well-made, durable, with a sturdy string, I got the 8" x 12" which are perfect for my favorite gift: candles! In the photo I stuffed a bottle of wine in there for comparison between these small bags and the larger ones offered. This size is perfect for my needs, but if you give a lot of wine, you may want to go bigger. Now about the burlap part. I know many people complain about the smell, but it's burlap, people! It's part of the charm. It's a natural plant-based item, and it's meant to be earthy, functional and versatile. All good things for a bag you will use repeatedly. If you are looking for a gift bag that says "I care about what this earth offers to us," then these bags will be your spokesperson. Season-less, timeless, and appropriate for a wide range of gifts.
I can't believe it has taken me so long to review these. I am so pleased to have them! They're great to throw a gift in, or to carry something with you when a paper bag would feel tacky. You can dress them up with a great ribbon, or go for an earthy look with some raffia. I have a million uses for them, but especially - I keep a few in my car for wrapping those last-minute gifts that you (well, I do!) grab on the way to a party or dinner with a friend. One caveat: they do shed a little, so carry a lint roller.
